A sweet couples session on Jones St. in Downtown Savannah

The magic of sessions on Jones St never cease to amaze me! The Spanish moss oak trees, colonial homes dating back to 1795, and fire lit lanterns lining the street are just a few of my favorite details on Jones St.

If you were to ask visitors or locals to name the prettiest street in Savannah, they’d probably quickly respond with “Jones Street.” It’s easily one of my favorite streets in Savannah, and I’m about to show you a few of the reasons why it’s so special!

Jones Street is located within the heart of Savannah’s Historic District and is just a few blocks north of Forsyth Park. Jones Street is still paved with its beautiful, original red vitrified bricks, from the Drayton Street block all the way to Tattnall Street. It’s so pretty and perfect for any session to get that that true Savannah feel!

The landscaping along Jones St is absolutely gorgeous! Jasmine and similar vines cling to anything and everything, and all the greenery makes for some rather picturesque scenes and adding that touch of color to your backdrop! It is also located right near Monterary Square and Lafayette Square which are filled with benches to sit on and a fountain to enjoy.

Vivian and Tyler braved the 90 degree temps and wandered all up and down Jones St and I think the photos turned out magical!
